How would you describe yourself in one sentence?
I would describe myself as a man who’s always looking for new challenges and how to do them better.

Your goal for this season?
This year’s goal is to improve my riding and bike throughout the season. On a side note I am keen to see the progress we made with youths and the bike programs I run.

Your main inspirations?

The main inspiration is hands down a place I come from and my family. Basic life values and ethics still have a place here and this is something we should be more aware of.

Growing up, who did you most like to emulate on your riding?
Pretty much everyone I had access to. Firstly I looked up to my brother (still do) and after I tried to go to World Cups asap. so I could see the best at riding. Still remember every time I came from WC I would dig a new section of track to practice on. So next time I came back to racing I would master technique I was struggling with before.

If you could transfer your riding skills to any other sport, what would it be?

I would be stoked if I could fly a plane, heli or just be able to jump with a parachute from local mountains.

Favorite post-race snack?
As basic as it gets I like a good slice of pizza.

Favorite race?
Racing World Cup Petzen-Jamnica at home was hands down my favorite race.  All my mates and home crew track side cheering me on, that’s something special.

Favorite place to ride?
Koroška region, better known as home, is by far the place I enjoy the most in summer. Countless long proper tracks that offer a good amount of challenge.  I traveled the World and Slovenia truly is one of the best places to ride bikes.
